Filmmaking, Director/Cinematographer/Line Producer/Gaffer/Grip/Editor, etc.

EMMY nominated Producer R.A. Hays and NevadaLand Productions in Association with the 4th Ward School Museum in Virginia City is seeking unpaid interns to participate in a summer feature filmmaking program in which the interns will write a script, break it down, storyboard it, and then produce it as a full feature length film. After editing, the film will be presented at the First annual 4th Ward School film festival, in which the interns will participate.

In addition, upon completion of filming, the interns will team-teach a two-week youth filmmaking course in which they will produce a short film which will also be featured at the film festival. This is a fantastic opportunity to get some in depth, hands on experience in all aspects of filmmaking, post production, marketing, and paying forward to the next generation. The following positions are highlighted, however, if there is some other aspect that is of interest yet not listed please bring it to our attention and apply.
